John P. Bradford is the founder and managing partner of Renewed Spaces LLC, a
professional, full-service real estate solutions company proudly serving the Greater
Madison, WI area. As a disabled military veteran, John brings the same discipline,
resilience, and mission-driven mindset from his service to his work in real estate.

With a passion for revitalizing neighborhoods and a proven track record in residential
redevelopment, John leads Renewed Spaces with integrity, transparency, and a people-
first mindset—ensuring every project is completed with care and quality. Previously, one
half of the mother son team at Homes Re-Imagined LLC, he specializes in
transforming undervalued properties into high-quality homes that uplift communities.

Drawing on his diverse background as a veteran, educator, and investor, John is driven
to make a positive impact—one property at a time. Whether working with homeowners
facing tough situations or collaborating with fellow investors, his goal is simple: to create
renewed spaces that inspire better living.
